BEGINNERS BOOTCAMP 2025

Want to try rugby for free in a fun and friendly environment?

Learn new skills, improve your fitness and meet new people.

Suitable for complete beginners and those returning to rugby, no minimum fitness standard required. For women aged 17+. No need to book, just come along!
