It's FREE and it is a great way to get fit with friends and family and also make new friends .
Starts on 17th of May and will be on every FRIDAYS throughout the summer until the 30th August.
Rules are very simple and no experience is necessary .
There will be additional sessions on Tuesday nights 6.15 to 7.15 pm dedicated to primary age children and their parents.
