Howe of Fife RFC (Howe Rugby) is a rugby union club based in Cupar, Fife, Scotland and is part of the Scottish Rugby Union.

It was founded in 1921, and they play in blue and white hoops.

The mens 1st XV currently play in national league division two.

Our women's team, the Howe Harlequins, play in national league division one having been successfully promoted at the end of the 2016/17 season
