During this fun and relaxed weekly club there will be a skills share at the start of each session to allow you to get to grips with the wonderful craft of needle felting,
Whether your completely new to the craft, have some uncompleted projects or kits or have tried it but would like some support and company you will be in good hands.
You will learn about the different tools, needle types, fibers and techniques we use for 2d felting and be guided to complete your own beautiful needle felted projects.
The first 15-20 mins of each week will be a skills share which will cover intro to tools and materials, blending techniques, backgrounds, landscapes, skies, creating elements such as flowers, sheep, trees, needle work, detailing and lots more - you can use these skills to work on a continuous project which you can start at the club and take away each week to work on at your own pace. You can also enjoy the club as a place for inspiration, support and company while you work on your own projects using elements learned from the skills share.
This club is lovely and relaxed and is suited for anyone interested learning more, improving skills or just getting started with in the felting process - there's something for everyone.
No experience required - Suitable for complete beginners and improvers
All tools, plenty felt to choose from, support with your projects and access to a new crafty Facebook group to share progress pics included.
Suitable for adults and over 14s only - 14-16 to be accompanied by an adult
You don't need to be arty or have experience for this craft, it's easy to handle and really user friendly, there's large punches so you don't need to worry about fine needle work - the felt does the work for you, it's really rewarding!
Come and join our small group for a weekly catch up, with a cuppa and some fabulous felty fun and experience the joy and therapeutic benefits of working with needle felting - You'll be amazed at what you can create!
