Join our Weekly Clay Club for 2026! 5 or 10 week block
A relaxed, friendly weekly session where you’ll explore clay at your own pace, learn new techniques, and build confidence with creative projects.
What to Expect
Clay Club follows a simple, easy rhythm so you always know where you’re at:
3 Weeks Making with earthenware and terracotta clays
Each block begins with three creative weekly sessions.
You’ll work on your own projects with help, mini demos, and technique guidance. You can choose from ideas such as tealight holders, plaques, sculptures, figures, tiles — whatever inspires you!
I’ll support you with shaping, joining, slab work, sculpting basics, texture, and surface decoration using slips and underglaze
1 Week Off (Studio Firing)
No session. Your pieces dry, get fired, and are prepared for glazing.
This gives you a natural pause and a chance to start fresh next block.
1 Week Glazing/Painting
Come back to glaze or paint your work using a range of colours and finishes.
I’ll guide you through painting with both acrylics and glazes and have sealed or glazed ready to collect aprox 1 week later.
Then the cycle repeats — more making, more learning, more creativity!

Firings throughout the block
