Join us for an exhilarating evening on 28th October, as our club hosts renowned physicist Professor Victoria Martin, a leading expert on the ATLAS experiment at CERN's Large Hadron Collider
In her captivating talk Professor Martin will delve deep into the groundbreaking discoveries at the world's largest particle accelerator—from the Higgs boson that explains how particles acquire mass, to the latest preparations for the High-Luminosity LHC upgrade that promises even deeper insights into dark matter and the cosmos's fundamental forces.
