Join expert foragers Graham and Christine, who have foraged together for 13 years and as Whitehouse Foraging have taught others for 8 years. They have lived only on wild food for a month on two occasions, as part of the Wildbiome Project.
Join them for a 2.5 hour foraging experience where you will see, hear about, and taste some of the wild food that can be found at Silverburn Park. The walk will be on woodland paths through the grounds. At the end of the walk you’ll get the chance to taste a few prepared wild foods.
Make the most of it, Silverburn Park Campsite is also available if you plan to join both activities over the weekend.
Activity is totally FREE with thanks to the Fife Communities Climate Action Grant. Places must be booked in advance, please do not book a place if you are unsure you can attend, please contact us if you do need to cancel so we can fill your place.
