Event Overview:
Rise & Reset is a calm, supportive morning gathering that blends gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and cold-water dipping - designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself and nature.
This session is for anyone seeking peace, presence, and a little healthy challenge - no experience needed.
You’ll move, breathe, dip, sip something warm, and leave feeling deeply alive and grounded.
What’s Included:
Opening Circle
Stillness - Meditation to quieten your mind and bring you into the present
Breathwork - to calm your body, inline with your mind
Awakening movement – movement to give your body a wee shoogle and prepare for the cold water experience.
Cold water dipping - (entirely optional) to push you past your point of comfort, challenge yourself a little, feel the invigorating effects of cold water and the sense of self-pride.
Closing Circle – warm up, sit and relax, and chat with like minded people (and feel that sense of achievement and inner glow)

About Your Host
Hi, I’m Kathleen - I spent years teaching fast-paced Zumba and Metafit classes, cramming in military fitness, entering races and anything else I could chuck myself into.
Time changes everything; our bodies get older, our circumstances change, life events make you see the world in a whole new light, and it came to a point where the things I loved, were doing more harm than good.
Fast forward 5 years; these days I focus on deeper, slower healing. In my own time I practice Yoga, forage to make herbal tinctures, walk my dogs, look after my family and run a clinic offering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Colonic Hydrotherapy, and Acupuncture for weight loss. I’m passionate about guiding others to find balance, energy, and connection through nature.
Rise & Restore is my way of sharing that with you gently, joyfully, and with all my heart.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
