Autumn is the season of transformational energy, introspection, and release as nature prepares for rest. Treat yourself to a day of wholesome self-care. Release, relax, take time for you, and ground yourself in autumn.
This Autumn Yoga Day Retreat is held on the 23rd of November 2024 from 9.45 to 16.45 at the community-led charity Greener Kirkcaldy in Kirkcaldy - Scotland and is dedicated to honouring autumn and self-care through yoga and goal setting.

We will be practising several yoga practices such as postures, breathing methods, meditation, yoga nidra, and mantra to nurture inner peace, increase clarity of mind, release pent up emotion, and restore connection to yourself. By incorporating a goal-setting session and weaving it into our practise throughout the day, we focus on creating a framework to channel your aspirations, infusing your personal growth journey with direction and purpose.
The day retreat will leave you feeling relaxed, happy to flow with autumn's energy, and prepared for December's approach with enthusiasm and a positive and uplifted outlook. It is suitable for adults and for any level of yoga experience as different options for postures will be given. If you are facing any health challenges please contact us before booking to make sure this retreat is suitable for you.
Yoga retreats offer a unique opportunity to deeply engage with yoga, unlocking its transformative potential beyond regular classes. Stepping away from the distractions and demands of everyday life, you immerse yourself in practices fostering personal growth and transformation. It is this immersion, combined with goal setting and the supportive environment of a retreat, that makes the experience truly powerful and transformative.
There are 12 spaces available. We find it important to provide everyone with full attention.
Our prices start at a minimum to make this retreat affordable for most. If you would love to join but finances are tight, please do contact us about payment plans. We aim to be as flexible as possible. If life is financially generous to you, you have the option to pay more.

9.45 - 9.55 Arrival and settling in
9.55 - 11.45 Welcome and practice
Ingrid will guide you through a wholesome classical yoga practice including postures (asana), breathing methods (pranayama), mantra, and relaxation.
11.45 - 12.00 Tea break
12.00 - 12.45 Goal setting infused with yoga practices: Getting clear on your late autumn self-care
12.45 - 13.45 Lunch break
13.45 - 14.30 Yoga Nidra- Spring themed
14.30 - 15.00 Pranayama and meditation
15.00 - 15.15 Mindful Tea break
15.15 - 16.30 Yoga ending with mantra and kirtan
16.30 - 16.45 Sharing and closing circle
