We are so excited to welcome Apollo historian and author David Woods to Dalgety Bay Astronomy Club.

He created and continues to curate the Apollo Flight Journal, an online resource on the Apollo missions that includes complete transcipts of the flight portions of those missions with commentary, audio, video and photographic material.
David wrote the highly-regarded book on Apollo, "How Apollo Flew to the Moon", and the Haynes 'Owners' Workshop Manual' on the Saturn V launch vehicle. He also co-wrote two other Haynes manuals, on the Gemini spacecraft and the Apollo Lunar Rover.
