Kelty Musical Association proudly presents the internationally acclaimed musical Come From Away at the iconic Carnegie Hall in Dunfermline.
This stirring production brings to life the incredible true story of a small town’s generosity and courage in the wake of global tragedy.
Set in Gander, Newfoundland, the musical unfolds on 11 September 2001, when 38 planes are unexpectedly grounded, leaving nearly 7,000 passengers stranded. What follows is a remarkable tale of compassion, as the residents of Gander welcome the world into their homes and hearts, forging unforgettable bonds in the most unlikely of circumstances.
With a vibrant score inspired by Celtic and folk traditions, Come From Away is a joyous, fast-paced ensemble piece that weaves together real-life stories with humour, warmth, and emotional depth. Praised by critics and adored by audiences worldwide, Come From Away is more than a musical—it’s a celebration of hope, resilience, and the incredible things we can do when we come together.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
