Fife Steel Basketball ACADEMY 2025
This Summer, Fife Steel will have its first Academy with Coach Gav. Learning to take their game to the next level and be best equipped this Pre-Season.
Monday 28th - Thursday 31st July 2025
U12 & U14 Skill Development Session (10-13 Years Old) Monday - Thursday : 10AM - 12:30PM
This is an intense programme to work players hard and develop skills to a performance level, including:
- Off-Ball Work
- Shooting Form
- Hesi & Fakes Series
- Post work and Big Man Series
- In-Game decision making
- Footwork development
- 2v2 & 3v3 Game Understanding
U16 & U19 Skill Development Session (14- 18 Years Old) Monday - Thursday: 1PM - 3:30PM
Players will receive in-depth knowledge of the game, enhancing their skill development, game understanding, and self-analysis. This is a physically demanding programme with a focus on producing performance/ elite players, including:
- Agility & Plyometric training
- S&C Training
- Off-Ball Work
- Shooting Form
- Hesi & Fake Series
- Spin Series
- Point Guard Package
- Post work & Big Man Series
- In-Game decision making
- 2v2 & 3v3 Game Understanding
- 5v5 Games
