These sessions are suitable for children up to the age of 12 and their guardians to enjoy the beautiful practice of yoga together, offering a serene and supportive environment for parents and children to explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
It is a fantastic way to introduce the benefits of yoga to your child, helping them develop concentration, balance, and calmness from an early age, as well as a special opportunity to spend quality time together.
