About Craft Club: Mixed Crafts - Hairy Highland Coos

Welcome in the new year in crafty style. Utilizing heritage crafts, such as pottery and felting and enjoy working on a new lovely hands on craft project each week all themed around gorgeous highland cows.

This weekly crafting club for adults is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to experience a range of crafts. Each week we will work on a new crafty project, learn new skills and techniques and create some fabulous handmade highland coo creations.

This weekly craft club is perfect for those of you looking to enjoy some creative time and a range of crafts! The weekly sessions will include 3d needle felting, hand building clay magnets and a ceramic sculpture as well as painting with felt to create a hairy coo in the thistles 2d needle felted hoop art.

This is a super relaxing class we will be crafting our cares away for a few hours, in the comfort of our cozy creative studio, surrounded by twinkling fairy lights, as we keep cozy with warm drinks and enjoy some home comfort bakes.

The studio will be all ready for the new season, with it's twinkling light glow, an abundance of crafty materials and warm drinks and cakes, offering a welcoming and cozy creative space to unwind and look forward to Wednesday evenings in creative tranquil bliss.

Here’s what we have planned

Week 1 - Pottery - Hand building /earthenware clay - Highland cow sculpture
Week 2 - Fibre art - Paint with felt, 2d needle felting - Embroidery hoop picture
Week 3 - Slab work/earthenware clay - Highland cow fridge magnets/brooch
