This workshop introduces participants to the basics of throwing on the potters wheel. This ceramics course offers the chance for beginners and intermediate students to learn to throw and develop skills under supervision from an experienced tutor. All work will be fired after the class and be available to pick up at a later date.
Course Content and Structure: Introduction to clay, clay preparation and tools, the basic principles of centring, opening up, pulling up and finishing techniques.
