Tree Propagation Practical Workshop
Gain hands-on experience and new skills in tree propagation in this practical workshop at St Andrews Botanic Garden on Saturday 2nd November!
About Tree Propagation Practical Workshop
Led by our Nursery Supervisor Peter Watson, this workshop will cover the skills needed to propagate a range of different tree species - with a particular focus on British native trees:
• Seed Cleaning
• Sowing & Germination
• Seedling Aftercare - Pricking Out & Growing On
• Hardwood Cuttings
Participants may wish to bring resources for taking notes and their own gardening gloves. Garden admission is included in this workshop - participants are welcome to stay and explore the Garden after the course.
