We present the 10th anniversary of this acclaimed original musical with sold-out Fringe runs in 2013 and 2014. Frank looks back in song and recollects from hospital, seeing his younger self as he faces the final curtain. Commended in press and BBC Radio. Shapiro: A Pop Star Musical
Shapiro is a new musical based on the early life of UK singer Helen Shapiro. By age 15 she had two No 1 singles, selling 40,000 records a day, and by 16 had five Top Ten hits and toured the UK with The Beatles as support. This premiere has a talented young Scottish cast for the award-winning Kingdom Theatre Company at their tenth Fringe. With original songs and hits like Walking Back To Happiness that will whisk you back to the 1960s.
