Have fun and find calm, learning fluid art techniques to practice mindfulness and encourage wellness on this workshop run by Mindful Art on 19th October at 58 Bonnygate in Cupar!
About Mindful Art: Fluid Art for Mindfulness
Mindful Art workshops are focused on providing 'breathing space' by practicing mindfulness in art. Creative or not, come along and learn some fun fluid art techniques, whilst also finding some 'calm' through practicing mindfulness.
You will be guided through some basic fluid art techniques, and learn how these can be used to practice mindfulness. All participants will create their own fluid art paintings which they can use to as a daily reminder to stay mindful.
The class will run for approximately 2.5 hours and will include refreshments.
Children over the age of 14 are welcome to join as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
