What is Mindful Art?
Mindful Art workshops are focused on providing 'breathing space' by practicing mindfulness in art. Creative or not, come along and learn some fun fluid art techniques, whilst also finding some 'calm' through practicing mindfulness.
What do you get for your money?
You will be guided through some basic fluid art techniques, and learn how these can be used to practice mindfulness. All participants will create their own fluid art paintings, and will also have the opportunity to have a bespoke piece of wearable art jewellery made for you, based on your own creation. Class participant will also receive detailed notes on everything that was covered during the workshop, so that they can continue creating at home.
All materials are provided. No experience required, just enthusiasm!
The class will run for approximately 2.5 hours and will include refreshments.
Class participants have fun trying something new, and leave feeling calm and relaxed
Children over the age of 14 are welcome to join as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
