Mondays 23rd October to 13th November
Are you feeling disconnected?
Do you feel like a pressure pot that is about to explode any moment now?
or maybe you are feeling empty and drained?
If you can resonate to any of it then I’m happy to announce that the dates to my 2nd block of the Connection are now live and available to book.
It will be a time for you to connect with other like minded woman. We all know how amazing it feels to gather and be in a space with other woman, to know that we are not alone that in actual fact other woman feel the way you are feeling. This creates a sense of safety and belonging and connection that we are all seeking.
Gift yourself the time for you to connect back to yourself, understand your needs, just simply be, take some time out , and leave feeling lighter and brighter.
I have put together lots of different alternative medicine techniques one being Sound healing.
If you don’t know what Sound healing is it’s the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
Ideally, a hypnotic, meditative or theta brainwave state is created which allows access to deeper levels of consciousness, inner wisdom and healing.
Focusing on the specific sounds and frequencies is very soothing, these vibrations help you relax and release stress, anxiety, and tension.
The class will be a 4 week block to really insure you get the most out of what I have planned.
Where:
Tonik Studio. Unit 3, Woodside Road, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 4AF
