Our nervous systems are often frazzled and overstimulated! Mental health, stress, anxiety, sleep issues and overwhelm are some of the most common issues I work with in my herbal practice, and I regularly see herbal medicine being very effective in supporting individuals experiencing these.
Join local herbalist Rosy to learn about using herbs to support and nourish your nervous system as we enter the darker days of the year.
Herbs can be a great tonic for helping to restore and nourish our mind, body and spirit when combined with diet and lifestyle adaptions to bring about more calm and relaxation.
In this workshop I will share with you some of my top nervous system herbs for supporting these issues. How to source them and use them effectively in combination with other recommendations. We will be tasting different herbal remedies and learning how to prepare them yourselves.
This class is for you if you've been feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed or would like to learn more about using herbal medicine to support your nervous system and mental health.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
