Free family fitness sessions throughout Fife in conjunction with the summer reading challenge.
We’d love you to come into your local libraries this year and challenge yourself to reading books during the holiday. The theme this year is being active so what better way to stay active with short 20 minute fitness sessions suitable for everyone.
The fitness sessions don’t have any equipment and are suitable for all the family. No jumping either!
No booking required & no limit on how many you can attend but we’d advise coming along early.
