About Cacao Ceremony with restorative practices
Autumn is a time to slow down, to tune inwards and rest. This time of year brings an opportunity to let go of unnecessary thoughts and patterns. With the cacao we can then reflect on our intentions for the next part of the cycle.
Let yourself be held and supported in this nourishing space as you surrender into deep rest. We will share ceremonial cacao in combination with breathing exercises, restorative yoga, and guided meditation to enter a restful state. These practices activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reversing the effects of stress, and cultivating a sense of relaxation.
