Join local herbalist Rosy on 9th December at Falkland Community Hall to learn about herbal remedies available in the winter months to support your health and wellbeing!
About Winter Herbal Remedies
During this workshop we will focus on 5 herbs available in the winter months to use as herbal remedies to support your health and wellbeing. We'll be covering health topics including warming herbs, immune support and winter mental health.
These herbs will be used to make a herbal winter tonic to take home with you. PLease bring a small, clean empty jar along with you.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and notes will be provided with a summary of topics covered.
