In this workshop we will discover how herbal teas, syrups and vinegars/tinctures can be used to support your immune health including preventative remedies, what to do if you get ill and how to recover and strengthen your immune system.
We will focus on 5 main herbs and 3 main herbal remedies. You will leave the class with a herbal remedy to support your health and notes to remind you about everything covered in the class.
Please bring a small, clean empty jam jar with you for the herbal remedy and you may also want to take notes. This class isn't so suitable for under 12's
