Our next Nordic Walking classes will be held on Mondays from 1:30pm on 9th & 16th May and 6th & 20th June!
Nordic Walking is a fun, walking workout which uses poles to enhance normal walking to work both the upper and lower body. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the great outdoors and the beauty of the Botanic Garden while getting fitter!
Classes can be booked monthly and will cost £18 for both sessions. Pre-payment is essential - please get in touch with our Gatehouse Team to secure your space.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
