Mindfulness Classes are returning to the garden, starting on Friday 6th May at 10:15am.
The sessions will introduce basic elements of mindfulness meditation practice and will include breath awareness, mindful movement and body scan practice.
These outdoor sessions offer a lovely stretch for both body and mind, in beautiful surroundings. Everyone is invited to practice at their own pace and level of comfort.
Classes will run every Friday from 10:15am-11:15am throughout the whole of May and June.
Pre-booking is essential - please get in touch with our Gatehouse. The class will cost £36 per monthly block of 4 sessions.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
