Silver Pendant Workshop

About Silver Pendant Workshop

Come along and learn how to saw, solder, form and texture your own silver pendant from scratch!

In this workshop, you will design and create your own simple pendant from a piece of silver, before connecting it to a chain.

Beginning with a demonstration, you will be shown how to apply various textures to metal using the set of tools on your desk and you will practice on a piece of copper before going on to use these techniques for your chosen silver design. We will talk you through the instructions and various information and tips regarding the materials you are working with, introducing a range of tools and a handheld blowtorch which you will go on to use yourself if you wish to solder.

Once your piece is finished we will clean and polish them before attaching to a chain, ready to wear home.

(We also have a similar ‘Pendant vs Earrings’ workshop, if those dates suit you better)

The perfect class for an individual or a group of friends to come and learn, socialise and most importantly, to make some jewellery to take home!

All materials, including silver will be included.

The workshop will run for around 2.5 hours but it can vary.

Please note, that this class will need 4 people to run. If the class is under-subscribed, the studio reserves the right to reschedule. You will be notified at least 4 days before the class if the class cannot run, and will have the option to be refunded in this instance.

Private parties:

At the moment, if you have a group of 4-6 people we can offer you a private workshop at no extra cost on a date that suits you, where available. Email hello@eastnook.com to discuss the private options
