Featuring contributions from students and scholars, this event celebrates the everyday lives, creativity, and hopes of people across the region, from Palestine and Morocco to Iran and Syria. Expect short talks, reflections, poetry, photos, live traditional dance, and musical accompaniment, all revealing the unexpected threads that link East and West. The evening includes a special performance by Middle Eastern dance troupes.
Come celebrate the shared soul of humanity across borders, time periods, and languages.
