We are delighted to welcome back the team from Unkiltered Spirits for a tasting of their incredible whiskies, including their two latest bottlings: No. 8 "The Old Sweetheart" North British 34 Year Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky and No.9 "The Returner" Ruadh Maor 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Unkiltered was co-founded by siblings Luke and Anna Patience, who began the brand’s journey through a shared love of whisky.
Luke, a 3-time Olympian and silver medallist, was looking for a new challenge after retiring from Olympic sailing. While bouncing around ideas for the future over a dram (or few), they realised that Luke's knowledge of all things whisky + Anna's background as a graphic designer could be the perfect blend of skills and passion to start something exciting (and have a few more drams).
After a successful launch and selling out their first release of 3 bottlings, Ryan Grant joined them in late 2024, bringing a wealth of experience to the business through his background in the spirits industry as founder of The Caledonian Cask Partnership and the multi-award-winning Garden Shed Drinks Company.
The trio are united by a simple goal: to combine exceptional liquid with great looking design to create memorable whisky that people love. Unkiltered continues to grow into something that they are all really proud of, and they hope you enjoy their whisky as much as they enjoy creating it.
Join Luke in-store to sample a few of their delicious drams and learn more about the future of this exciting new brand.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
