In these turbulent times, we all deserve some space where we can share our creativity with others in the present moment. While this is still a practical art session, it draws on my experiences of the mindfulness course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. We’ll also use tone chimes to help focus, and aim towards creating a large collaborative artwork. There’ll be no references to follow, just suggestions from me and contributions from everyone, where the process is more of value than the outcome. You’ll still gain knowledge of the art materials used, although this won’t be the main focus of the session.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
