What’s the Event About?
This powerful outdoor activity invites you to look beneath the waves and confront the hidden impact of litter on our coastal environment. Through creative underwater jar displays and hands-on activities, we’ll explore how marine pollution contributes to climate change—and what we can do to stop it.
Activities You Can Join:

– Climate Action – local environmental challenges and community solutions by participating in community beach-clean-up
– Creative Stations – participant creating the awareness jar
– Meet the Changemakers – Talk with fellow volunteers and environmental advocates.
– Beach Clean & Litter Audit – Help clean the shoreline and record findings to support future action.
What You’ll Learn:
– The link between marine litter and climate change
– How underwater waste harms biodiversity and carbon cycles
– What actions individuals and communities can take to protect our seas
– How local initiatives are driving real change
– Ways to stay involved with Seafield Environmental Group and future projects
Why You Should Come:
This is more than a beach day, it’s a chance to see the unseen, learn from your local environment and be part of a growing movement for climate justice. Whether you’re a curious visitor, a concerned parent or a passionate activist, your presence matters.
