Celebrate the start of summer with this special seasonal workshop led by our expert instructor Jana Greig.
Join us from 10am - 2pm for an energising practice and guided meditation to help you re-align with your intentions. Nourish your body with a healthy lunch before finishing with a special Yin sequence to leave you relaxed and refreshed.
