An evening of single malt whisky tasting with Michael & Jorg from Malt Mariners. All proceeds going to local charities (Breathe Easy & EATS Rosyth). 5 drams and hot food included together with a presentation of the drams on offer.
What to expect:
Each of the 5 drams will be presented blind which means participants will not know initially what is in their glass. Whilst sampling participants are free to explore the range of flavours and tastes within the individual drams independent from knowing who has produced the whisky together with not having seen any of the marketing of the bottle (label, packaging etc).
At the end of each dram the bottling will be revealed via a video presentation disclosing the distillery, providing an element of surprise or perhaps not for those who have already worked it out from tasting.
Hot food will be offered during the interval half way through the tasting.
Tickets are by donation on the night (£25 recommended). All proceeds go to local charities (Breathe Easy & EATS Rosyth)
Evening includes:
- 5 x drams of single malt whisky
- Presentation detailing the malts on offer
- Hot food during the interval
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
