Honey roasted parsnip soup with a cranberry and parmesan crostini
Prawn & smoked salmon Cocktail
Chestnut Mushroom arancini, Parmesan & truffle velouté
Chicken liver parfait, Cranberry & orange chutney, Sour dough crisps

Christmas turkey and all the trimmings
Pave of venison, fondant Potato, Braised red cabbage, huntsman sauce
Miso blackened cod with asian noodles and winter greens
Christmas cannelloni, nut roast stuffing, parsley velouté

Christmas cheesecake with rum and raisin ice cream

Classic sherry trifle Selection of cheeses, Crackers, quince
Tables can seat up to 12 guests, so if your party is under 12, then you'll be sat together but with other parties, a great way to make new friends.
Menu choices to be pre-ordered directly with Pratis Barns. A confirmation email will be sent and choices required two weeks prior to the night.
Tickets are non-refundable and valid for one party night.
