The Leonarda Trio was founded during lockdown by members of the Scottish Freelancers Ensemble, a group bringing together Scottish classical musicians when playing in public wasn't possible. The trio explores little-known music written for string trio, with a focus on repertoire by female composers and other underrepresented groups.
