About Arab Strap
The band recently wrapped up a tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of Philophobia, and their new album feels charged by a desire to move forward and explore new sonic terrain.
“It’s about hopelessness and darkness,” says Aidan Moffat. “But in a fun way.”
Just a few days before they play the iconic Barrowlands Ballroom, you can see Arab Strap in the intimate setting of the Byre, doing what they do best… funnelling life’s experiences into a unique concoction of music that explores beauty, sadness, intoxicants, sex, love, and death all rolled into one.
