Since Langtoun Jazz Festival began in 2018 we have always hosted an event to benefit Kirkcaldy Foodbank and this year we are delighted to welcome back The Big Band Theory, an 18 piece big band from the Falkirk area who have wowed our audiences at past festivals.
Do not miss this if you are a fan of Big Band music!
It is perhaps regrettable that Kirkcaldy needs a Foodbank at all but there is no doubt that food poverty is a real (and growing) need within our community. The good news is that Kirkcaldy’s response has been so positive and we have been able to provide food to all those that have been referred to it to date.
Kirkcaldy Foodbank is truly a community effort and all work has been undertaken by local and national businesses, charities, faith groups, schools and Fife College and an army of volunteers.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
