Welcome to the 'New Year, Fresh You' Workshop Series!
4 Friday night workshops led by Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner & Health Coach — Alice Thomson — to help you create good health intentions, gain clarity and control around how to integrate them, maintain them & meet a likeminded community whilst you do it!
There is NO prerequisite for these events- no level of fitness or knowledge - just an interest in improving your lifestyle long term for your health and your future!
Each session will focus on a different health modality. Attend as many individual workshops as you like or book the whole block to really invest in your health for 2024:
AREAS OF FOCUS:
12/01/24 MOVEMENT Learn how to integrate more movement into your life and enjoy it!
26/01/24 FOOD Learn how to eat for life, keep it simple & get organised!
16/02/24 SLEEP learn how to improve your sleep and reap the rewards!
01/03/24 STRESS LESS Learn how to manage stress and create your own unique 'stress toolkit'!
Come and join a group of likeminded people for a series of workshops focussing on health, wellbeing and motivation for positive change!
Each Workshop will include:
— A talk on incorporating healthy, manageable habits into your lives. With evidence-based explanations, new ways of thinking and encouragement to create lasting positive lifestyle change that is realistic for you in your current circumstances!
— Worksheets we will use/discuss on the night to help you figure out your values, priorities and to help you stay accountable to what you have said you are going to do!
— Health Coach Q&A each session!
— Time for socialising & meeting new people, and in turn gaining that all important SUPPORT NETWORK that will help you on your 2024 Health Journey!
—Delicious non alcoholic cocktails and healthy nibbles!
Event Location:
— 58 Bonnygate is a Beautiful Health and Wellness Hub in Cupar town centre. There is ample parking behind the building in the Bonnygate Pay & Display Public Car Park (KY15 4LB) or the Free Fluthers car park is within easy walking distance. Cupar Railway Station is an 8 minute walk from the venue and there are regular bus services to the town centre from surrounding areas.
— Event is taking place in 'The Ivy Room'. To access, enter the main doorway, then go through the glass door straight ahead and up the staircase, the Ivy Room is on your left on the first floor.
