Leonard Low has written several books on the persecution and torture of individuals believed to be witches in the 17th and 18th centuries. This was very prevalent in the East Neuk of Fife.
Following from the success of his book "The Weem Witch", Leonard has scripted and produced a film documenting the atrocities which took place. Leonard has a wealth of knowledge and is a compelling presenter.
Come along and see the film, hear Leonard speak and also see and touch some of the artifacts which feature in the film.
Teas, coffee, themed home baking and a raffle will also feature. Weem is short for Pittenweem, so it is a local talk.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
