The event is being hosted by gas distribution company SGN’s H100 Fife project. H100 Fife is a world-first project happening in Buckhaven and Denbeath where up to 300 homes will be using hydrogen to heat their homes instead of natural gas. Hydrogen doesn’t produce any carbon when it burns, so the project is playing an important role to help Scotland and the UK reach net zero.
