The Fife Brass Band Festival is an annual competition for up to 16 contesting brass bands from Scotland and further afield. This year, 2025, the event will be held in the Lochgelly Centre on April 26th, starting at 9.30am.
Each band will play, on stage,a 20 minute entertainment programme of own choice music, which will be judged on both musical performance and entertainment value.
The Fife Brass Band Festival is open to the public who will be treated to a day of live music making, which will cater for all tastes. Something for everyone. All ages are welcome.
While the results are being prepared after the last competing band has played, Whitburn Youth band will play a 25 minute concert . Trophies and awards will be presented thereafter. We look forward to welcoming all bands and audience members.
