Join local herbalist Rosy to learn about herbs you can forage in the Autumn to make into herbal remedies
This workshop is suitable for beginners or those wishing to focus deeper on herbs that can be used to support your health in the Autumn.
We will focus on 5 herbs and learn how to use them as herbal remedies including a demonstration of how to make a syrup and decoction. We may also go for a short herb walk.
You will leave the workshop with a herbal remedy to take away and increased knowledge and confidence to support your health with herbs this Autumn and Winter.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
