“Heal & Hope with Dance” - Thursdays at 11am-1pm from 12th May to 30th June

We’re very excited to announce our new wellbeing class “Heal & Hope with Dance” delivered in collaboration with The Byre Theatre and Sohinimoksha World Dance & Communications founder Sohini Roychowdhury!

These workshops will include both Indian classical and contemporary dance, as well as 'Wellness through Movement & Body Poetry'.

Ideal for both adults and young adults (15+) and designed for all experience levels – from complete beginners to trained dancers.

Each class will cost £10 (£80 for the block of 8 classes) and can be booked through our Gatehouse on 01334 461200 or info@standrewsbotanic.org

Sohini Roychowdhury is an internationally renowned Indian Classical dance exponent, Movement Director, Professor of Dance, Wellness Guru, and Founder of Sohinimoksha World Dance & Communications – we’re thrilled to have her on board for this class!
