Following on from the popular Taste of Scotland menu, which ran for six weeks before Christmas, ‘A Chef’s Travels’ is a showcase of chef Craig McAllister’s pedigree of work and play around the world from Ontario to Seoul and culinary hotspots in between.

The tasting menu is available alongside the regular a la carte menu, however, can only be served to the entire table. Due to the nature of the tasting menu substitutions are not possible but with notice adaptations may be made for allergy or dietary requirements. Bookings can be made directly via the website.
