Our hotel is at the heart of Scotland's Historic Capital. The City of Dunfermline is the resting place of King Robert the Bruce and a host of other Kings and Queens of Scotland with the abbey three minutes walk from our doorstep. Located beside the cities main car park we could not be better placed to explore the Kingdom of Fife, as well as Edinburgh only 20 minutes away both by car and train over the fantastic Firth of Forth with its world famous bridges.
Two fabulous restaurants, three cocktail bars and live entertainment at least three times per week you may not feel the need to venture too far from this wonderful base. Add to this that we are also owned and supplied by award winning David Stein Butchers we have became an attraction in our own right.
The Kingswood is an independent hotel owned by the same family for over 30 years and uniquely situated to allow panoramic views of the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh.
