Join us for a very special session incorporating a guided facial masterclass, a vinyasa flow yoga class, smoothies and chocolate and lemon bliss balls. After this 2 hour session, you will leave 'glowing' guaranteed!
We'll start our day with a guided facial masterclass by Clare Maclean, the founder of 'Only Human'.
In this masterclass Clare will guide you through several facial exercises to lift, tone and plump the muscles, massage to brighten and Gua Sha to sculpt and destress tight facial muscles.
These techniques boost blood flow, lymphatic drainage, collagen and elastin production to the face whilst releasing any stress or tension we may be carrying.
Just as our bodies need regular exercise to stay toned and firm, so too do the 40+ muscles in our face and neck. If these muscles are lifted and firmed, the skin attached to these muscles is also tightened which minimises fine lines and wrinkles leaving your face feeling and looking radiant.
After the facial, we'll keep the blood flowing with a yoga session aimed at beginners to intermediate and finish with relaxation. Pick up a smoothie and bliss ball on the way out or stay for a chat.
