About Yoga with Ingrid in Glenrothes
Classical Yoga - Wednesday - 18.00 - 19.00
Classes are £9 and need to be booked in advance. Block bookings are available at the beginning of each month and include a small discount.
Classes include, but are not limited to, postures (asana), breathing methods (pranayama), relaxation, mantra, and meditation. Open to any level, beginners are welcome.
Please arrive 5 minutes before starting and bring your own mat, water, blanket, and pillow. Please make sure to wear enough layers to stay warm as the body cools down quickly when sitting still, lying down, or holding poses for longer.
