At Lynn hunter fitness we run a timetable full of small group training sessions and classes. These cater for all ages and capabilities.
Super Seniors- low impact 45 minute class designed to keep you moving and strong into later years.
Mummy Metafit- child friendly 20 minute cardio class.
HITT- high intensity interval training, to burn fat and improve fitness.
Kettlbells- all over body workout for strength and fat loss.
Box fit- pads and gloves used to fight yourself fit in this fun 30minute workout.
Fat blast- Olympic lifting in a cross fit style format working on strength and fat loss.
Core- class designed to strength core and back, working down the posterior chain through use of functional movements.
Trx and kettlebells- Full body training with suspension straps and kettlebells.
Insanity- 30minute interval training class involving high and low impact movements to get you building up a sweat.
We also offer one to one personal training, group training, gym programming, running plans as well as a full nutritional evaluation and dietary advice.
