We are a family run club offering age specific classes to children from 3 years old, teens and adults.

Kuk Sool (Korean Martial Arts) includes everything from kicking, striking to throwing & joint locking, to traditional weapons & pressure points to falling techniques, meditation and everything else in between.

There is something for everyone. Training is fun, exciting, challenging and rewarding.

Beginners are always welcome and we offer a FREE Intro class to anyone interested in trying out a class.
